The Avenue Condominiums are located at 210 North Church Street in the Fourth Ward. This high rise was completed in 2008 has 36 floors and a total of 386 units ranging from 700 to 1600 square feet. The Avenue is comprised of 1 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath condos. The penthouse units are 2 bedroom 2 bath but have spectacular views of the city.

The Avenue Condos have 10' floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing amazing views of Uptown Charlotte. Most units have hardwood floor, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The Avenue is in a great location as it's only one block from the intersection of Trade and Tyron streets.

The 10th floor is called the Sky Club or Amenities deck. This area includes a fitness center, yoga room, a heated pool, pool table, poker table, two LCD TVs, a cinema room and two computers. There is also free wifi on the 10th floor as well as all common areas at The Avenue. The pool deck also contains a fire pit which has an outside LCD TV and a gas grill.

One of the nicest aspects of living at The Avenue Condos is the concierge service which is located in the Lobby. Residents park in the parking deck which is located in the first few floors of the building.
