The Renwick is a public-private partnership between the Charlotte Housing Authority and Bucci Development. The Renwick will be located at the 700 block of East 7th Street near Trinity Episcopal School and First Ward Elementary School.
The Renwick will consist of studios, one, two, and three bedroom flats, as well as three bedroom penthouses. Some units will feature patios that overlook the centrally located pool and garden areas. Floor plan options at The Renwick will range from studio units to three bedroom flats as well as and two story townhomes.
