Citadin

Citadin is one of the newest additions to the Fourth Ward having replaced the Fourth Ward Square Apartment Complex. Up to six condominium buildings totaling 450,000 square feet with 20,000 square feet of retail and parking comprise the modern structure. Of the six condominium buildings, two will reach 25 floors with amazing views of the city skyline. Citadin combines brownstones, townhomes, two high-rises, and two-midrises.
