Noda Condos Charlotte, NC

NoDa is short for North Davidson and is considered the Arts District in Charlotte, NC. Noda is located just one mile northeast of Uptown and is considered a transitional area. There are several condo developments in NoDa and buyers are attracted to this area due to it's proximity and lower prices compared to Uptown Charlotte.
