Brooklyn Village

Brooklyn Village is part of the landswap that will contribute to the Second Ward revitalization plan by taking a mostly unused section of the Center City and bringing an exciting mixed use village that will combine approx 285 apartments, 410 condos, 40,000 sq feet of retail, office space, and a beautifully landscaped urban park.

Located in close proximity to the NSACAR Hall of Fame, EpiCenter entertainment complex, and more, Brooklyn Village a great opportunity to get in early to the newest district in the Center City. Prior to it’s recent revitalization, the Second Ward was the location of the predominately African American neighborhood Brooklyn, and there are many new developments proposed or in construction, making this one of the city’s fastest growing areas.
