Cedar Street Commons was built in 1983 and is a three-story building featuring flats and two-story town home styled units. Cedar Street Commons has 39 units and is located in the diverse Third Ward. Various units feature hardwood floors, fireplaces, and some have expansive patios/decks.
Considered the most diverse of the four quadrants is the Third Ward. This popular neighborhood offers single-family homes, apartments, condos and the Carolina Panthers Stadium.
