The Caldwells

The Caldwells on Ninth were built in the First Ward in 2000 and feature two and three-bedroom units with hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, crown molding throughout, and other amenities such as gas fireplaces and front porches.

The Caldwells on Ninth are located in the First Ward which has been experiencing a revitalization of sorts in the aftermath of a federal grant for community development, and as such, is becoming one of the city’s most growing areas with new projects in the works and existing attractions such as the Levine Museum of the New South and the Mint Museum of Craft and Design.
