The Annex will have 14, one and two bedroom condominiums with retail on the bottom floors and will feature 20 foot ceilings, masonry and metal siding exterior, the most advanced interior technology and individual courtyards with 10 foot privacy fences and bamboo screens in between each unit.

The Annex is part of the Warehouse complex in the First Ward, giving residents easy access to other locations and amenities in the area.
